Make you new year’s resolution to spread the word! So many people either still haven’t heard about the lease of Blasco Library to Gannon University, or they assume that KOLP went away when Erie County failed to override the veto. Let people know that we are continuing our fight with our lawsuit!
How?
- Like and share links to our website, donate pages, and blog posts on social media.
- Wear KOLP swag. Dig out those buttons and T-shirts that you set aside during the elections, and wear them!
- Share the preview for the documentary that 2nd State Films is producing by donating their time and talents to our cause: “Save Blasco.“
- Send letters and emails to friends and family. We have a template here: A Library is a House of Hope
- Help spread the word that the county executive has already lost one lawsuit– Judge rules that Brenton Davis budget vetoes violated Erie County law— because he wasn’t acting in the taxpayers’ interests.
Happy New Year from KOLP! Here’s hoping that 2025 is a brighter year for Erie County!
“To build up a library is to create a life. It’s never just a random collection of books.”
